During the recent tsunamis in Japan, some were caught unawares, some jumped in cars, and sped to higher ground. Some fortunately made it to higher ground and safety. COVID19 is like a tsunami rushing through people's lives.
Just like that disaster, some at the moment are higher up the hill side than others, some have the flexibility to change and get out of harm's way and so reduce the chance of contending with poor mental health. Some...are struggling. But, what can we learn from the mentally strong, aka those on higher ground, who seem to be coping better with this pandemic?
